What is a Scrumple Jar™? 

Scrumple Jars™ (n):

practical and accessible tools that navigate emotional and relational intelligence awareness of the scrumples impacting systems development, attunement, and alignment.  

The objective is to strengthen ones' capability and capacity to create safe, brave spaces to exist in any operating environment.  

This multi-use tool starts with a visualization practice that can be expanded by labeling Jars as the containers for one's perceptions, observations, witnessing, experiences, reflections, emotions, behaviors, beliefs, thoughts, and/or values.  

This practice empowers you to SEE your cognitive labor [or mental load] and choose to effectively align, with intention and attention, how you expend your energy in service of regulating your nervous system.

These tools navigate, attune, align, integrate, vibrational embodiments to realign a dysregulated or dysfunctional system.

Scrumple™ Definitions

Scrump™(v): conscious, subconscious, or unconsciously transformed or transmuted energy (think first law of thermodynamics) 

Scrumple™(n): the perceptions, observations, witnessing, experiencing, reflections, intentions, vibrations, frequencies, thoughts, memories, values, conditions, emotions, beliefs, behaviors, and/or actions (etc) curated by you to create your reality and have the capability to imbalance or dysregulate a system.
